Log into your Xteink account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
